Starting a business as an Open Source enthusiast I have always felt that the Open Source spirit should always remain the main motivation to drive a business. As we all know there are contradictions merely in combining the Open Source spirit with business, but in this presentation I would like to share my experiences as a web development company that has evolved from one freelancer to a full-fledged team of open source minded people.
In this presentation I will use these three questions as guidelines to bring the message:
- How can you run a healthy business and promote open source at the same time?
- How does an open source mentality promote customer loyalty?
- How do you grow with your team and stay committed to the open source spirit?
