Leveraging Jenkins CI for web application stability

The session will show how Jenkins can be leveraged to run scheduled or on-demand tests on your web application to minimise regression, early detection and real time performance insights. 

Case study: How Jenkins role based test helped reduce 50% effort when doing regression tests for drupal core and modules upgrade on a "drupal powered web platform". 

These (technology agnostic) tests help to find out if specific code changes (say, made on day x) have an adverse effect on performance or functionality by looking at test results (on day x+1).

In this session will cover, how to create jmeter scripts for functional and performance test from some template scripts (without going through any documentation). Live demo to show script creation and jenkins configuration.
