In the weeks before Drupalcon LA, Blink Reaction, now FFW, decided to provide monthly two day Drupal Site Building and Drupal 8 classes for free, launched a contribution intitiative to assign devs to core on company time, and allocated one developer to core half-time every day. Why did we do it, what have we learned and how can other organizations increase their support for Drupal?
