Many of the failures in projects is because of getting out of mind one of these two things.
I will show you some common failures in teams (a few developers) and enterprises (big teams of developers) and how it could be solved. How to motivate your team (developers, client, product owners, ...), get objetives and translating to tasks, priorize task.
In short, how to find that focus working with people and using some agile tools.
