Tomas Persson and Fabian von Tiedemann are founders of Wunderkraut and former NodeOne. We both works with sales within Wunderkraut Sweden and also with Business Strategy and Web strategy for our Clients. We have delivered about 100 Agile projects during the last year in Sweden, which we realized is quite unique.
This session will be about our story where we moved away from traditional fixed everything projects through Agile talibanism into something much more loose where we rely more on the Agile principles.
