Successes and failures managing a Drupal Project: Agile vs Predictive

In this session we will expose two ways of managing a Drupal project: Agile and Predictive. In both approaches, it's important to define how to make a budget and sign a contract. This could affect the relation with the client that could be fluid and finishing the project with the best of the sensations, or, rather, becoming a never ending and poorly paid project.

We think that this session could be interesting both managers that are scared about starting an agile-managed project and those that have some other experiences and want to share their knowledge with all of us.
