As we are working more and more agile in sprint, this session will teach you how a Sprint 0 can help you to deliver your project on time, whitin budget and up to the expectations of your clients. We call it UberScrum.

For years we have been perfectionizing working together with clients and a multi-disciplairy team. We will share our knowledge of Sprint 0 and show how doing so we were the first Drupal website to win the prestigieus Dutch Interactive Awards 2015.
