How to effectively grow a development team

Putting developers in the same room doesn't automatically transform them into a team. One of the keys to creating a successful  _team_ of developers in my opinion is a great developer culture. In this talk I will try to explain why developer culture is so important and share how we grew a developer culture for one of the biggest airlines in Europe.

Attendees will hopefully learn what Developer Culture is, why it's so important and some useful ways in which to improve/cultivate their culture. It will show what the business value would be (happier developers are more effective and efficient developers) so they have the tools to start convincing either management or their peers why investing in Developer Culture is a win-win for the entire team/department or company

Since this is a soft talk, it should be appealing to Developers both Junior as Senior, Management, Team Leads and HR.
