How to Kill Control Systems and build on Core Values

The target group for this presentation is Drupal vendors (or just software development firms) just about 5-30 employees or more.

You all know the feeling and need for building up Control Systems as your company grow in size. If you're more than 5 people - you properbly have already builded up Control System. The need for Control Systems grow as your number of employees grow and the complexity of you company grows. Control Systems are a part of building a organisational Structure - but building Control System also decreases your productivity.  

I’ve faced this situation. I’ve learned it the hard way. I found a way out for me (and the company) - maybe you can find it useful as well. It’s call Value based leadership or just building your company on Core Values instead of Control systems. You'll learn that building on Core Values increases your company culture - the way you want it to be. Yes you can design it your way!
