Main Conference

Tickets for the main conference (Tuesday starting at 2pm to Thursday, end of day) include access to all conference sessions and official social events; a commemorative T-shirt; Wednesday and Thursday lunch; snacks at the Tuesday and Wednesday receptions; and endless coffee. Wednesday and Thursday day passes are available for $500 each. Day passes include access to the day's conference sessions and official social events, as well as coffee and lunch.

Pre-Conference

Day-long summits and trainings take place on Monday and Tuesday during the week of DrupalCon. Most trainings are $500. (Training registration closes on May 10, 2020.) Summits cost at most $250 (Community Summit rate to increase to $25 after March 31). Check each individual training and summit page for exact pricing. Training and summit registration includes coffee and lunch. 

Contribution Opportunities

Contribution opportunities are available Monday-Friday, with a special Contribution Day all day on Friday. Registration is required but it is free to only attend contribution, and open to the public. See the details and schedule here.

Discounts

Nonprofit organizations can apply for a discounted rate of $699. Learn more and apply for the discount.

Conference registration and lodging scholarships and grants are available. Applications are open from September 4 to December 4. Learn more about opportunities for scholarships.

Many long-term conference volunteer positions offer free conference registration. Learn more about the various volunteer opportunities.

Sessions and trainings receive one free conference registration to be used by a member of the speaking and training team. Learn more about the call for proposals.

Students with a valid school ID may receive a 50% discount on conference registration.

Individual Members of the Drupal Association who give $250 (€215) or more for annual membership will receive a 10% discount on one full ticket registration and summits. Add the membership during your DrupalCon Minneapolis registration to have the discount automatically applied to your order.  Existing members can redeem this offer at here.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Review current exchange rates.

 

Transfer & Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable; however, you can transfer your ticket to the person of your choosing in the registration transfer center until May 10, 2020. After May 10, all registration transfer requests must be submitted in writing via the support portal.

 

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of your registration. If you have selected the offline payment option, your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Offline payments are due within 14 days of the date of invoice. A registration record with an incomplete payment will be canceled after 14 days.

The final day to request offline payment during registration is May 1.
