Visas
The Drupal Association is happy to issue an official letter of invitation to registered DrupalCon attendees who must obtain a visa for travel to the United States. Please note this letter does not constitute any financial commitment on the part of the conference.
If you're traveling from outside the United States, please review the United States visa requirements, as you may qualify for a visa exemption.
We urge everyone who requires a visa to apply a minimum of three months prior to the conference start date—preferably longer, as the issuing of visas can take up to six months.
Specific questions regarding visas should be directed to your local United States consulate, embassy or immigration office.
Important
- You must be registered for DrupalCon to request an invitation.
- All information must match exactly what is printed on your passport.
- Passports cannot expire earlier than 3 months after the conference.
- If your request for the visa is denied your ticket will be refunded.
The link to the visa form is included in your confirmation email. If you have lost that email, please send a request to help@drupalcon.zendesk.com that includes the following:
1) First and last name used to register
2) Email address used to register
