The Art of Performance: Performant-Centered Process as an engagement tool

Typical enterprise performance projects usually land in our laps with the idea that our goal is to simply make things run more smoothly, but rarely do we approach solving performance issues as a place where project management, account management, client teams, and developers can refocus how they approach their project strategy.  

In this case study, we intend to show how approaching our development work with 'performance' first in mind changed our relationship with a client and re-oriented our approach to collaboration between different units.

Focusing on Performant-Centered Process, this session is designed to improve awareness from distinct sections of production and account teams of how Business-PM and Dev can work together to place performance as a key business goal and project deliverable.
