The art of thought control - finding balance and managing stress

In today’s fast-paced world, many people are struggling to keep up with the demands of work, family and social obligations, often leaving you feeling stressed out and tired at the end of each day. Over time, constant exposure to stress can affect your mental health and may manifest into physical dis-ease.

What if stress was all in your mind? What if you had the ability to change your thoughts, so that you could feel more calm and centred today?

In this session you will learn how to:

  • Prioritize and say ‘no’ to things that are non-essential by listening to the cues from your body.

  • Use your breath to tune into the present moment, providing a feeling of instant relaxation.

  • Understand the inner workings of your mind in order to calm your ever fluctuating thought-waves.

This will be an experiential workshop which you can tailor to your situation, providing you with practical tips and tricks that will make a difference in your work and personal life today.

  • Audience: Managers, Developers, Marketers (no yoga or meditation experience required).
