Building Bridges from Discovery to Implementation

This session looks at the challenges and opportunities a project team faces when going from Discovery to Implementation and how to bridge the gaps that inevitably arise during a project. We'll be looking at how early Discovery phase activities and deliverables provide a foundation for successful outcomes, the importance of personas, prototyping, and user testing, where teams benefit most from collaboration, and how to keep projects moving forward when you don't have all the answers up-front.

While this talk mainly covers scenarios faced by larger project teams with dedicated designers and developers, the lessons and insights we'll cover can also benefit smaller teams or even solo site-builders who are looking to improve the transition from the research and design phase to the implementation and build phase.
