Chatbots & Drupal: a new interface for users to consume and feed data

Chatbots are quickly becoming part of our daily lives, with automated tools and smart bots/assistants on the web, mobile and messengers like Telegram, Slack, Skype, WeChat, etc.

Chatbots have huge potential, even to bypass the need for mobile apps in many sectors like media, government services, commerce and more, specially if we think about "chat" also as voice commands in natural language, that can make Drupal talk/listen to Amazon Echo and other devices.

I'm going to show you what benefits Drupal can offer in this scenario, showcase some potential use cases, explain some great third party services that can be integrated and give some directions for the ones wanting to create bots based on Drupal.
