Creating My Own Rotational

Please give us a detailed overview of your session and why attendees will be excited to hear about it.  

My session will cover how using what would be best for my prior startup LykeMe to succeed helped guide me on which jobs to take and not take over the course of 2 years. And this experience also helped to inform not only what I wanted out of a career, but also what I wanted out of an environment and co-workers. I held 5 different jobs over the course of these 2 years and each one taught me something different about the world of work and myself. I want to show attendees that "job hopping" can be very beneficial if done the correct way. 

The only knowledge that attendees will need before walking into my session is knowledge of how rotational programs are usually set up. My session will accomplish showing attendees that there is more to the work you choose than the work you are doing and the salary you are making. I hope that attendees will walk away from the session learning that if you use one guiding principle to inform your career decisions you are better off than taking whatever opportunity comes your way just because it sounds good.
