Lessons Learned as a Drupal Entrepreneur

Drew founded a web firm in 2001. His journey has included building an amazing team doing great client work for world-class organizations (Gorton Studios), the development of a SAAS product (NodeSquirrel) and, more recently, selling both and moving to Pantheon.
Through that time, there have been many, many lessons learned. This session is intended for others who are new to running a business, thinking about heading off on their own, considering building a SAAS or are similarly independently-minded and ready to take on the world. (You can!)
