Contributing to the Human Web

None of us wants to lament on our deathbed, “all I did was make websites…!” - yet, that’s our daily practice, effort, and (most of the time) joy.

There wouldn’t be a “happiness industry” if it were easy for us to figure out how to be happy. A primary path, for most, is to find purpose.

We find meaning through connection, and we weave it into our lives as people, managers, and as a company. It’s something we’d like to see the industry take on as well. Connection helps us bring meaning to our work - through our interactions with people, with a larger purpose, with the open source community, and with technology’s ability to change the world for the better. How do we deepen the meaning of the world wide web?
