Ready, Set, Launch...So Now What?

Richard Nosek

You have a new Drupal website. It’s even responsive. Great! But what’s next?

Unless you’re in the business of building websites not for a profit (which is also very cool), what’s the plan for post-launch? After all the scrums, and sprints, after all the super engaging tech-heavy project meetings, after the hard launch...so now what?

It’s critically important to understand how your website development project impacts the growth of the business, but how do you do this? What KPIs do you measure? Unless you’re in ecommerce, this might not be such a straightforward answer.

This session is a must for the communications and marketing managers that will take a large part of post-launch ownership of a website. Here’s what will be covered:

  • Reporting. Don’t just benchmark your website’s technical performance.

  • Analytics. 3 must have dashboards to measure performance.

  • Lead generation. Use exit intent without pushing people away.

By the end of this session, you will have a deeper knowledge and understanding of the digital strategies you need to implement in your organization today. You will return to your organization and look like the smartest person in the room when the inevitable question gets asked, “How has the website impacted the bottom line?”
