Community Health Network’s Drupal 8 project transformed the digital platform into a patient-first experience. The public facing website supports the online non-profit system with over 200 physical locations of care connecting patients to services in hospitals, health pavilions and doctor’s offices, workplaces, schools and homes. It also introduces a newly envisioned Careers area that addresses HR and content manager’s need to get the right information displayed automatically and providing a better user experience in a competitive hiring market.
The launch of eCommunity.com is the beginning milestone to an overall digital transformation.
