Group celebration

The Drupal Association is committed to making our events equitable and accessible. Accessibility measures during the conference include:

  • Closed captioning and high-contrast signage
  • Ramps, elevators, and automatic doors
  • Designated quiet space

Visit the Hyatt Regency Atlanta's Hotel information page to read more about the accessibility features offered, or email events@association.drupal.org with specific questions.

Hybrid Event Policy

DrupalCon Atlanta 2025 is a limited hybrid event, with the DriesNote being streamed live and the rest of the content being shared retroactively. All main conference sessions will be recorded and freely accessible via our Official YouTube channel after the DrupalCon event is over. Participants are encouraged to view and discuss the sessions in the comments as well as in collaborative Slack channels.

Virtual Content Library

As part of our strategy to remain accessible and globally inclusive, we are planning to provide virtual options post-conference to engage with those who can not attend. As in years past, all of the on-site breakout sessions and keynotes will be recorded and shared post-conference, as well as online-exclusive breakout sessions via our virtual content library. You can find the virtual content library at the Drupal Association's Official YouTube page. All sessions must follow the guidelines of our Speaker Agreement, including abiding by our Code of Conduct.
