We’ll walk through the project’s lifecycle—from defining stakeholder needs and conducting user research, to implementing key features like “Find My Local,” advanced filtering, and a custom “My Resource List” for printing. You’ll learn how agile sprints, frequent feedback loops, and WCAG 2.0 AA compliance shaped a solution that reduces staff workload and empowers Wisconsin residents to self-service.
