If you’re a woman in tech, you might know what it feels like to be “the lonely only”. Most of us have been — or are currently — the only woman in our department, or even at our company. Come join us for a panel conversation with four women from Four Kitchens in which we will discuss several key areas where women have had to navigate “the lonely only” space: being either the only woman in a particular role or one of the few.

We will approach this topic from unique backgrounds and departments: Business Development, Creative, Delivery, and Engineering. We will touch on how these areas intersect and how women in these positions need to work together to keep “taking up space”. Not only for themselves, but for women entering the tech industry in the future.

Creating and maintaining space for women in various areas of tech, while trending more positively, is still an area some organizations fall very short or do the bare minimum. We want to share that at Four Kitchens, creating space for women in tech is not only part of our inherent company values but an industry-wide imperative.
