This session will walk participants through the process of starting and scaling a local Drupal community. Topics include defining your community’s purpose, organizing the first meetup, handling publicity and expenses, maintaining transparency, documentation and best practices and managing growth. We’ll also cover challenges like financial management, keeping momentum, and deciding when to formalize your group. Real-world insights gained from building Drupal Kerala will be shared, along with practical tips and examples.
