Over the past 10+ years, Saint-Gobain has been using Drupal at a scale, starting from Drupal 7, and had multiple multisite Drupal platforms created for each brand. Our project aimed to merge these multiple platforms into a single unified multi-brand platform, and we want to share our journey and insights with the Drupal community.
