The pandemic has introduced new working models that have changed working environments forever. Remote versus on-site work has become a topic of debate among people, and hybrid working is now a popular model among employees, changing the way web agencies create healthy and inspirational environments.
Classical methods of leadership, inspiration, and motivation for teams are no longer the same, as teammates do not have the chance to meet in person every day. Working remotely has many pros and cons, and team leaders must consider new challenges and opportunities to lead their teams into the future.
How can you take advantage of adopting Agile Methodology on this hybrid model to create a healthy and efficient working environment? How can we inspire and motivate people working from distance? What are the new opportunities and challenges of the hybrid model?
In this presentation, we will share our perspective on this topic and how this model contributed to transforming a local web agency in Greece into an international team with partnerships abroad. We will emphasize how we successfully fostered a close-knit team environment, the methods and tools we used, and how this approach helped us grow our business while creating a healthy work environment for our team.
