Let's get together to review the current status of project management (as well as development teams management) in the age of agile. I have the impression that things are not as peachy as we are told and we are walking in a kind of limbo, not really doing things right in either of the possible ways.
I will share stories and why I have doubts on agile, as well as what I do instead. It will be great to hear similarly from others and to discuss our points of view. I think there is a better way, perhaps someone out there is already doing it. I would like to take the chance to hear from real experiences rather than dubious blogs online.
I hope we will take with us plenty of practical advice to improve our projects.
