We listened to your feedback and have made DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026 more accessible. The Early Bird ticket rate has been reduced by 20% compared to 2025, making it easier to join the event and be part of the community.
DrupalCon is evolving into a more focused and compact experience. From 28 September to 1 October, you will be able to experience the best of Drupal, open source and the global community.
- 28 September 2026 - A dedicated Summit Day focused on in-depth industry topics. Summit tickets are available as an add-on to your DrupalCon registration.
- 29 - 30 September 2026 - Two core conference days featuring high-value sessions, keynotes, BoFs, and meaningful opportunities for discussion and connection across the community.
- 1 October 2026 - A community-focused day dedicated to contribution activities and Drupal in a Day.
With this new structure and improved pricing, DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026 is designed to be more accessible, more focused, and more impactful for everyone involved.
All prices are in Euros (€) inclusive of Dutch VAT (21%).
The registration fee includes:
- 2 conference days packed with hundreds of sessions divided in 7 tracks and BoFs
- Inspiring Keynotes including Driesnote
- Access to the recorded sessions
- Access to Contribution Room (Tuesday - Wednesday) & Contribution Day (Thursday)
- International Splash Awards
- Exhibition hall & sponsored sessions
- Catering services
- Access to social events (Opening Reception, Women in Drupal, Trivia Night, Wrap up Ceremony)
The registration fee does not include:
- Summits (can be bought as an add-on to your DrupalCon ticket)
- Drupal in a Day (available to students free of charge, free pre-regustration needed)
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation
- Personal insurance*
*We recommend you to obtain your personal travel insurance.
Are you planning on attending DrupalCon in a group of 5 or more people?
Summits
We are introducing summits as an add-on option to your DrupalCon registration. The ticket price is €150, excluding 21% Dutch VAT.
Once the summits are announced, all registered attendees will receive detailed information along with the option to add a summit to their registration.
- Student discount is available with a valid student ID card, which must be provided.
- Grants & Scholarships are provided by Kuoni Tumlare | Congress and the Drupal Association.
- Complimentary tickets (speakers, tickets provided by sponsor company) will be sent via email, including instructions.
Currency
Under Dutch tax law, the registration fee is subject to 21% Dutch VAT. This applies to registrations on-site, and is regardless of whether the individual or company is registered for VAT in another EU country or not. This is owing to the fact that the “place of supply” is where the conference is taking place, i.e. in the Netherlands.

Transfer & Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable, however it's free and easy to transfer your ticket to another person. To transfer your ticket at no charge, simply contact our Organizing Secretariat with your transfer request and our support team will help you. Tickets cannot be transferred once DrupalCon begins.
