Join the #IAmRemarkable workshop, an interactive session designed to help you build confidence in self-promotion.
#IAmRemarkable is a global movement that empowers everyone, including people from underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond while challenging social perceptions around self-promotion.
Through guided exercises, group discussions, and research-based insights, you will explore the beliefs and biases that can prevent people from speaking openly about their achievements.
During the workshop, you will:
- Reflect on limiting beliefs around self-promotion.
- Explore research on self-promotion and bias.
- Practise sharing your achievements.
- Take part in group discussions.
- Leave with practical exercises to build confidence.
This is a participatory workshop where attendees are encouraged to reflect, share, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.
Who is this workshop for?
The workshop is open to anyone who would like to feel more confident recognising and communicating their achievements, whether in professional conversations, applications, interviews, performance reviews, community activities, or everyday interactions.
No previous experience or preparation is required.
Timi Csontos is a culture consultant and certified leadership coach with a background in psychology. She believes work should be a place people genuinely want to go.
Over the past ten years, Timi has worked with more than 40 organisations across IT, FMCG, retail, production, and the non-profit sector. She is also active in volunteer communities supporting underrepresented groups and expats.
Timi is an #IAmRemarkable Awards 2024 honoree and a Platinum Tier #IAmRemarkable facilitator. Through her connection to the Drupal community, she regularly exchanges ideas about its culture, challenges, and future.
