Outline
Human consciousness doesn't change as quickly as AI. As a leader, you might face the challenge that AI adoption is not only disrupting your business but also your company culture and your colleagues. Some feel distressed or remain in denial, while others thrive. Work becomes unsettled. There is no clear guidance on how to make the best decisions for your business, organization, and people. The change is affecting you, too, even though you should be the guide.
In this workshop, you'll use a culture mapping tool to reflect on where your people are in their change and AI adoption. You'll gain insight into what we know about the journey to becoming an agentic organization. By the end of our time, you'll have taken a step towards clarity: how to meet your colleagues where they're at in AI adoption.
Your guide in this workshop will be a seasoned culture development consultant with more than 10 years of consulting and leadership-coaching experience across diverse sectors, and a certified expert in the Reinventing Organizations Map. The ROM is a framework that comprehensively shows an organization’s position and state across behavior, culture, systems, and mindset — from a founder-centric operation to today’s most advanced functioning.
