If you work with Drupal issue queues, you may have noticed a recent change.

We've been using GitLab for merge requests since 2021, but now issue queues are migrating to GitLab.

Hundreds of projects have already moved over to the new GitLab issue queues, with all 50,000+ projects on Drupal.org set to follow over the coming months (years?).

It should result in a more integrated experience, but it will also bring new ways of working, and new challenges.
