Open Intranet is an open source intranet system based on Drupal. It helps organizations build an internal digital workplace with company news, knowledge base, document management, employee directory, forms, access control, SSO, and AI-assisted content creation. In this session, we will present how Open Intranet uses Drupal 11, recipes, contributed modules, and custom features to create a ready-to-use yet flexible intranet platform. We will also share why we built it, what problems it solves for organizations, and how the Drupal community can use, extend, and contribute to the project.
