Become a Volunteer

Volunteering at DrupalCon means being the crucial bytes that power our digital engine!

Join us in making DrupalCon Barcelona 2024 an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. We have numerous opportunities for volunteers to contribute and support various aspects of the event. Registrations will be available soon!

What Do You Get in Return?

You get the chance to play a part of the major Drupal event in Europe. Your contribution is invaluable to our community, and we truly appreciate every effort you make. We recognize the significance of your support and believe you deserve greater recognition as some of our most prominent sponsors.

And of course, nobody leaves empty-handed! As a token of our appreciation, all volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt to wear proudly during the event, and credits for all the tasks completed.

How Can You Help?

We understand that not everyone can commit to full-time volunteering, so we thrive on teamwork and collaboration. We have a wide range of volunteer roles available, including:

  • Session Monitors: Provide live support to speakers and attendees during sessions.

  • Exhibition Monitors & Preparations: Oversee exhibition areas and ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Contribution Monitors: Assist and encourage new or aspiring contributors.

  • Registration Assistants: Welcome attendees and assist with badge pickup and giveaways.

  • Trivia Night Helpers: Assist with organizing pub quizzes and related tasks.

  • Signage Assistants: Help place signage within the venue.

  • Photography Team: Capture key moments during the event.

  • Other Roles: Have a skill you think could benefit DrupalCon? Let us know!
