How do I register for DrupalCon Barcelona 2024?

Register on the official DrupalCon Barcelona website via the registration portal.

What is included in the registration fee.

The registration fee for participants includes:  

  • Inspiring keynotes including the Driesnote  
  • Access to the recorded sessions 72 hours after the sessions end (upon speakers' authorisation)  
  • Access to contribution room (Tuesday - Thursday) and contribution day (Friday)  
  • Exhibition hall and sponsored sessions  
  • Morning/ afternoon coffee breaks and lunch bags  
  • Digital tote-bag 
  • Access to social events (Opening Reception, Trivia Night, Wrap up Ceremony, Women in Drupal, etc.)  

The registration fee does not include:  

  • Travel expenses  
  • Accommodation  
  • Personal insurance*  

*We recommend you to obtain your personal travel insurance.

What are the registration types and rates?
  • Early Bird: 775 € (until 28 June) 
  • Regular: 930 € (29 June – 19 August) 
  • Late: 1065 € (20 August – 20 September) 
  • One day: 485 € (from 20 August)
  • Onsite: 1330 € (after 20 September)

Can I register onsite? 

Yes, you can buy the full ticket onsite for the rate of 1 330 € or get a one-day ticket for 485 €. 

What registration discounts are available?
  • Student Discount: 485 € (valid ID required) 
  • Group Discounts: 750 € per ticket (5+ tickets, until 28 June), 900 € (29 June – 19 August) 
  • Grants and Scholarships: The Grants and Scholarship recipients for 2024 were announced. We do not accept new applications.

Where do I apply for my invitation letter/Visa letter?

During registration, indicate if a visa is needed. An invitation letter will be sent via email after registration is paid.

What food and beverage are included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes two daily coffee breaks and a lunch bag every day. The food is vegetarian/pescatarian, and from locally sourced products. 

Is there a code of conduct for the event?

Yes, DrupalCon has a code of conduct that all attendees must follow.

What should I bring to the event?

Bring your laptop, chargers, business cards, and a reusable water bottle. Also, consider bringing comfortable shoes for walking around the venue.

Is there a possibility of parking at the venue?

Yes, there are two car parks close to the venue: 

  • Bus García Fària: From €18 per day, 24-hour service. 
  • Diagonal Mar car park: From €20 per day, 24-hour service.
