The Drupal community is spread across the globe. Bringing the community together to foster collaboration and exchange, as well as to bring new people into the community, is a key driver of Drupal's success. However, it seems to have become increasingly difficult to organise successful in-person events in recent years.

For this reason, I'd like to host this BoF to shed some light on recent Drupal events that have taken place, to discuss best practices, and to be prepared for the future of organising events.
