Everyone has his own little book of professional wisdom ("cada maestrillo tiene su librillo" we say in Spanish, which roughly translates to "each to their own way"). The purpose of this BOF is for each one of us to share one of our best practices with the rest of the people in exchange to take home the suggestions from others.
Ideally we will focus on software development, including team/project/product/client management, but it is OK if some suggestions spill outside of those boundaries.
It is an opportunity to share some of the things that really work for us and to take home a collection of new tips that may improve our own ways.
